About this policy
This policy applies to apps published by Musical Creation, operated by Tom Allon. It explains how our apps handle your information and what happens when you contact us for support.
Data stays on your device
Our apps process and store app content and settings locally on your device. They do not collect or transmit personal data, app content, or usage information to us or to third-party services. We cannot access the content you create or store in our apps.
No tracking or advertising
Our apps do not include third-party analytics, crash-reporting services, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not sell or share app data.
Storage, deletion, and permissions
App data remains on your device until you remove it. Deleting an app removes its local app data; files you have saved outside the app and device backups may remain and can be managed separately through your device or backup settings.
We do not retain app data on a server and cannot retrieve or delete it for you. If you have granted an app a device permission, you can revoke it in your device settings.
When you contact us
If you email contact@musicalcreation.com, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request and provide support. Email is handled by the email providers involved in delivering and storing the correspondence.
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and meet any applicable legal obligations. You can use the same email address to request deletion of your support correspondence.
